Hayley has numerous experiences particularly in education sector by working as a trainer and assessor at training academy as well as conducting supervisor role at family day care. She is also working as a centre director at Edu-Kingdom Penrith, and is responsible for not only implementation of QIP but all administrative tasks. Rachel SEO. HR/Service Coordinator/Business Manager. B. Economics, Cert IV in Individual Ageing. Rachel has more than 7 years’ experience in both the service and management role at the commercial company and the case management and support services for people who are suffered from a variety of medical issues such as health, injury and disability. She strives to assist people in regaining or maximising their independence with meaningful activities. Hyunjoon (Henry) KWON. Finance/Plan Manager. B. Com Major in Accounting, Associate Member of CPA. Hyunjoon completed his bachelor of commerce with major in accounting from the University of Newcastle, and is currently an associate member of CPA. He is responsible for the delivery of professional and comprehensive financial services across One Dream Community including the plan management complying with responsibility and sustainability standard as well as the implementation and management of staff incentive remuneration programs. Jinhwan (Daniel) LEE. Registered Nurse/Training/Clinical Manager. B. Nursing. Daniel has completed his bachelor of nursing at UTS, and has a nursing background which spans more than 10 years having worked in hospital. He has a variety of career in multiple countries such as Nursing Links Universal in Australia and Gastroenterology Endoscopy unit, Severance Hospital in Korea. He is also a registered nurse at Windermere aged care facility, and is responsible for both initiating and updating personal care plan via assessment, intervention and evaluation. Seojoon (Joe) PARK. Remedial Therapist/HCP, NDIS Remedial Team Leader. Dip of Remedial Massage, B. Chinese Literature. Seojoon has acquired vast experience working across both the Aged Care and Disability. He has more than 7 years career in both South Korea and Australia and his roles have included care remedial therapy of aged care and disability services including the Home Care Packages and NDIS. Min Jung PARK. Administration/Education Team Leader. Dip of Art, Cert IV in Graphic Design, Cert IV in Child Care. Min Jung has acquired vast experience which includes more than 5 years having worked in management and education sector. She has worked in roles where a focus on quality was vital such as Tutor, Designer and Store Manager, and has a keen interest in the shape of the world for people with disability. Her functions span from recruiting and staffing, training and learning, labour and employee relations, as well as, organisation development.

Hayley YUN

Hayley has responsibilities of quality service and management of ODC. She has numerous experiences within the education/training and management sectors, working as a trainer and assessor at RTOs as well as an approved provider of childcare sector. She is responsible for not only implementation of QIP but all administrative tasks.
Hayley is also responsible for the development of policies and procedures in conjunction with the director of One Dream and continuously strive to control and maintain a high quality team.

Jenny HWANG

Jenny has numerous experiences within the service managements and program designing within the community services sector.
She has worked in roles with case management and coordinating high quality supports for people who experiences difficulties from a variety of medical issues such as health, injury and disability.
She strives to assist people in regaining and/or maximising their independence with meaningful activities, as well as to increase their capacity for daily living.

Mary KIM

Plan Manager / Administration Team Leader

Mary has acquired various experience which includes more than 5 years having worked in accounting and management sector.
She has worked in roles where financial information is critical to manage the operation of the business and has a keen interest in the shape of the world for people with disability. Her functions span from accounting, data analysing, reporting and employee relations, as well as, organisation development.
Mary has a great passion with supporting people that are in need and to assist in increasing their quality of life.

Gloria Kim

Team Leader
Bachelor of Theology, Diploma of Community Services, Cert III in Individual support (Disability)


Gloria has a responsibility as a team leader. She provides leadership and support to the staff caring for clients to ensure an efficient and effective service that meets clients need.
Maintain high standards of care and oversee all activities to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain an atmosphere of courtesy and respect and an environment of support and kindness. Inspire the team with professional development opportunities, to maintain high standards, and develop new skills for all staff.
Assist the Coordinator to coach, mentor and develop staff and volunteers in order to achieve both financial and non-financial outcomes.
Lead the team to ensure compliance with all policies including Workplace Health and Safety. To be responsible for the daily routine when Coordinator is absent to ensure continuity including managing all rosters and maintenance staff.

Catherine KIM

Registered Nurse

Catherine has numerous working experiences in nursing and community supporting. She is responsible for initial assessment to best tailor clients’ needs, review of the care plans as the clients’ care need change, care plan evaluation, and ongoing clinical support.

Also, she is working in our aged care team and assisting the team leader to manage service schedules, receive customer complaints and make monthly newsletter. She has good communication with customers and working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring that customer requirements and organisational service targets are met.

Jennifer JEON

Jennifer is a qualified registered nurse who is efficient, thorough, and highly passionate about delivering the best levels of client-centred care. Healthcare experience in a range of key nursing fields such as an acute geriatric ward and neuro-science ward in a public hospital environment in Sydney has built up her physical, mental, and emotional strength to stand up to the rigours of this demanding profession including her experience within the education as a trainer/ assessor at an approved RTO school. Currently she is working as a community nurse in One Dream Community. She is responsible for working autonomously -observe, record, care plan, and review the condition of clients.

Daniel LEE

Daniel has completed his Bachelor of Nursing at University of Technology Sydney, and has a nursing background which spans more than 10 years having worked in hospital and within the medical sector.
He has a variety of career in multiple countries such as Nursing Links Universal in Australia and Gastroenterology Endoscopy unit, Severance Hospital in Korea.
He is also a registered nurse at Windermere Aged Care facility, and is responsible for both initiating and updating personal care plan via assessment, intervention and evaluation.
Daniel is also responsible for training staffs in One Dream Community in specific areas such as First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, etc. 

Buang Eun KIM

Physiotherapy Therapist / HCP


Buang Eun has acquired vast experience working across both the Aged Care and Disability. He has more than 7 years career in both South Korea and Australia and his roles have included care physiotherapy therapy of aged care and disability services including the Home Care Packages and NDIS.

Jasmin MIN

Accounting Officer
Bachelor of Business Accounting, Bachelor of Earth Science


Jasmin has 9 years of experience in accounting and administration in Australia. She has a strong responsibility to maintain confidentiality. Jasmin is a capable accounting officer, an all-rounder. She is capable of doing any task including accounts receivable, payable, and payroll. She is also proficient in software including Xero and Receipt bank. Keeping the accurate recording ability is her main focus.

Jasmin is enthusiastic, honest, enjoys learning and working in a dynamic work environment. She takes pride in her job and loves to watch the business grow, delivering quality on time to the business’ financial report and managing employees’ entitlements.

Rachel BAEK

She also believes there is a purpose, driven by Him, to serve people. Craving to make a mark upon this world to make it a better place, and adding more value to it. She honourably joined One Dream Community as she believed our one dream truly will make the future different.

Hyun Ju has experience working with children in Melbourne for 20 years. She is passionate with teaching, as well as supporting and working with the elderly and people with disabilities.
She aims to build healthy relationships between support workers and their clients by promoting client wellbeing and independence.
